Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati and Bollywood damshell Bipasha Basu were caught expressing their love for each other publicly on the social networking site, twitter. We are aware that Rana got injured during the shoot of his upcoming B-Town flick 'Department' a few days ago. Bipasha, who is concerned about the health of Rana, has sent a get well soon message to the actor.

co-stars of Dum Maaro Dum got injured! Rest well and get back to the grind soon!," tweeted Bipasha. Though Rana is very careful while tweeting to Bipasha, he just can't hide his love for the hot lady.
"Thank you Bipasha. Both of us will be up and running real soooooon," tweeted Rana, reacting to Bipasha's tweet. Apparently, Abhishek Bachchan, who was also injured recently, was a forcibly inclusion here by the couple to avoid the media glare.
