The production of SS Rajamouli’s first-ever sci-fi film Eega has come to a close, for a couple of days though. The Telugu-Tamil (Naan Ee) bilingual is featuring Nani, Samantha and Kannada superstar Sudeep in lead roles.
The story is said to be revolving around a housefly that seeks revenge on villain (Sudeep). MM Keeravani is doling out the musical compositions and Senthil is handling the cinematography. Sai Korrapati is the producer and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor.
Rajamouli deliberately put the shooting on hold so he can check the climax part canned till date. “Climax turning out gud,but taking lot of time.able2 avg only 12 shots a day.usually i do abt 25.holding the shoot for 2 days to edit and chk,” the film-maker stated.
The makers are splashing high-end graphic works for the flick, which is planned for release in the final week of March 2012. Rajamouli also wielded the megaphone for the fight episodes in Nagarjuna's Rajanna, a directorial project of his father-director Vijayendra Prasd.
