According to tinsel town’s latest buzz, actor Shiva, who debuted with Venkat Prabhu’s Chennai-28, will soon take the avatar of a director.
The actor, who kept the audience in splits in his solo-hero film Tamizh Padam, will not only be helming the new project but will play the lead as well. This yet-to-be-titled venture is said to be produced by the owners of a leading multiplex in the city, who entered film production recently.
Talks are on to finalise the other cast and crew. An official announcement is expected shortly, with details about the film’s genre.
